Deleting a Reseller’s Account

• VDO Panel lets you delete any Reseller’s account if it is not required anymore. Once deleted, the account will be permanently removed from the system.

  To do so:

  1. From the Left Pane, click Resellers to expand it.
     The following sub-sections display.

     1. All Resellers

     2. Add new Reseller

              

  2. Click All Resellers.
     The list of the available Resellers displays.
     
     
      

  3. In the Resellers list, click for the reseller whose account you want to delete.
     
     The system prompts to confirm the account deletion.
     
     
      

  Click Delete.
  The Reseller’s account will be permanently deleted.
