Admin Settings

  • To perform Admin settings in the VDO Panel:

    1. From the Left Pane, click System Settings to expand it.
      The following sub-sections display.

      1. Admin Settings

      2. SMTP Configurations

      3. License

      4. API Settings


    1. Click Admin Settings.

    The Admin settings displays.

    1. Set or update the following Admin settings:

    Parameter

    Description

    Company Logo

    Let you set or update your company logo. To set company logo:

     
    1. Click Choose File under Company Logo.
      The Open dialog displays.

       

    2. Browse and select the logo image from your machine, and click Open.
      The logo selects.

       

    Company Icon

    Let you set or update your company icon. To set company icon:

     
    1. Click Choose File under Company Icon.
      The Open dialog displays.

       

    2. Browse and select the company icon from your machine, and click Open.
      The icon selects.

    Company Name

    Specify your company name.

    Language

    Lets you select a supported language for your account. You can select from any of the following languages: English, Arabic, Czech, Spanish, French, Hebrew, Italian, Persian, Polish, Russian, Romanian, Turkish, Greek, Chinese, etc.

    Email

    Lets you update your Email address associated with the VDO Panel.

    Password

    Lets you update the password for your VDO Panel account. The password must be in alphanumeric format and it must contain at least 12 characters.

     

    If you do not want to update the existing password, leave this field as empty.
     

    Time Zone

    Lets you select a time zone for your account from the dropdown options.

     

    1. After updating the above parameters, click Update Profile.
      Your profile will be updated.
